1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://minimaxmusic3.net and the MiniMax Music 3.0 AI music generation service (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Service allows you to generate music from text prompts and lyrics, including songs with vocals and instrumental-only tracks, using AI technology.

Generated music is produced by an automated AI system and may vary in quality, style, and accuracy.

The Service also provides features to manage your account, track your credit balance and transaction history, and store your generated creations in a personal library.

3. Accounts and Credits

You may need an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

New accounts receive a number of free credits (currently 5 credits, equal to 1 song request). Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Purchases made through the available checkout options are subject to the applicable Refund Policy and any purchase terms shown at checkout.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Service or violate these Terms.

Your credit balance is displayed in your account, and each song request consumes 5 credits. If a generation task fails due to a technical error, the credits are returned to your balance where appropriate.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

You agree not to use the Service to create, request, generate, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or infringing on the rights of others.

You may not use the Service to generate sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise not safe for work (NSFW) content, including any content involving minors in a sexual context. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.

You may not use the Service to generate content that impersonates real people in a deceptive or harmful manner, or that promotes illegal activity.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws.

You retain rights to the lyrics and text you submit. The terms under which you may use music generated with the Service are described in these Terms and may be clarified in the Service documentation.

We make no representation that generated music is free of third-party claims. Review applicable laws and rights before commercial use.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated music will meet your expectations.

This disclaimer does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our operations, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of our jurisdiction.
